How do the rates work?
Rates are per day ex VAT. CUE DEPT LTD is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Two to three days is charged at 1.5× the day rate, up to a week at 3×, and longer hires at a reduced daily rate on top. Rigs of four or more units get an automatic volume discount.
Is delivery included?
We deliver and we collect after the hire. There is no customer collection from the unit. Delivery within 12 miles of our Hammersmith unit is free. Beyond that we charge a base fee plus a per-mile rate for the return run, priced live from your site postcode.
What about damage and insurance?
You are responsible for the gear while it is with you. Ask us about cover if you need it.
Do you need ID?
For first-time hires we ask for photo ID and a matching billing address, plus a company reference for large rigs. It takes five minutes and protects everyone.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before load-out. Inside that, a portion of the hire is retained because the kit has been held off the market for you.
Is the availability real?
Yes. Availability is calculated live against confirmed bookings for your exact dates, and re-checked on our server before your booking is confirmed.
