How do the rates work?
- Each item has a day rate. Under 7 days you pay the day rate for each hire day.
- A week of 7 days is 3 x the day rate.
- Monday to Friday hires save 10% off the gear when no day is a UK bank holiday and the gear is back by 17:00 on Friday.
- All prices are ex VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout. VAT number GB528056586.
- Free London delivery on orders of £200 or more ex VAT.
- Optional set-up on delivery is £120 ex VAT.
Is delivery included?
We deliver and we collect after the hire. There is no customer collection. Free London delivery on orders of £200 or more ex VAT, within 12 miles of Hammersmith. Under £200 ex VAT, London delivery and collection is £50. Beyond 12 miles we charge a base fee plus a per-mile rate for the return run, priced from your site postcode.
What about damage and insurance?
You are responsible for the gear while it is with you. Ask us about cover if you need it.
Do you need ID?
For first-time hires we ask for photo ID and a matching billing address, plus a company reference for large rigs. It takes five minutes and protects everyone.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 14 days before load-out. Inside that, a portion of the hire is retained because the DJ gear has been held off the market for you.
Does a request reserve the dates?
No. Your booking remains a request until we check it and send confirmation. Nothing is charged when you submit it.
